It started snowing on Christmas Day, and continued on through the 26th. In West Knoxville we only received about 1.5", and at my parents house in Halls they got closer to 3". However, I heard that the Smokies got anywhere from 12 - 20" in some areas. So Amy, Trey, and I loaded into the X5 and took off driving to see how far we could go before the roads were closed. This is a photo essay of how our day fared.
